Located within the Elephant and Castle Opportunity Area, this proposed 150-metre, 50-storey tower is a major mixed-use development currently at concept design stage, with pre-planning consultations underway with the local planning authority. Positioned within a key zone for urban regeneration, the scheme capitalises on its strategic location to support significant local job creation and deliver high-density accommodation in central London.

The proposed scheme integrates a dynamic mix of uses across its vertical volume. At street level, flexible commercial units and an open café create an active frontage, engaging the public realm and enhancing neighbourhood connectivity. Above, the tower transitions into contemporary apart-hotel accommodation, providing flexible, design-led spaces for visitors and short-term residents alike.

Through careful consideration of massing, light, and urban context, the design seeks to establish a distinct landmark on the London skyline while contributing positively to the streetscape and the ongoing revitalisation of the surrounding area.
