Loft conversion, basement excavation and general internal alterations within Redington and Frognal Conservation Area.

Guided by the client's material requests, we seamlessly executed their vision, incorporating an industrial design aesthetic that resonates throughout the space.
Emphasizing an open layout to create a sense of spaciousness, our design prioritised a good flow of movement, ensuring each stair landing maintained a spacious and minimalist design.

To showcase the client's extensive art collection, we purposefully created numerous blank walls strategically placed throughout the residence. These serve as pristine canvases, allowing the curated artworks to take center stage and become integral elements of the overall design.

Additionally, full-height doors were strategically installed not only to blend seamlessly into the surrounding wall finishes but also to enhance the overall feeling of comfort and accessibility, making the entire space a harmonious blend of industrial sophistication and welcoming comfort.
