Designing modern structures in conservation areas requires a delicate balance between contemporary aesthetics and the preservation of historical and architectural significance. Conservation areas are designated to protect the character and appearance of a place, often featuring historic buildings and unique surroundings.

At the current stage of the design, we have engaged conservation team members from local authorities in order to obtain pre-approval for a proposed design prior to moving to panning application process.
